Description
Belarusian Kalduny (draniki) with a filling of champignons, oyster mushrooms, and shiitake, fried with onions. Three types of mushrooms give the filling a rich taste and aroma, while the delicate potato shell emphasizes them. A hearty meat-free lunch or dinner – just heat and serve. Especially delicious with sour cream. Portion: 2 kaldunitos. Weight of ready portion: 330 g. Weight of ready filling in portion: 120 g. Heating instructions: In the oven: remove the cardboard lid, place the aluminum container on a baking sheet, and heat at 180 °C until hot in the middle. In the microwave: transfer the kaldunitos from the package to a microwave-safe dish and heat until hot in the middle.
