Description

A firm cheese with a crumbly, grainy texture and a white-yellow hue. It has a salty, slightly piquant flavour and a distinctive, pronounced aroma. Made from whole milk and natural starter cultures.

Storage

Mantener refrigerado entre 0°C y +6°C. Envolver en papel film una vez abierto.
