A firm, crumbly cheese with a granular texture and rich aroma. The addition of pepper gives it a bright, bold and expressive flavour. Colour: white to yellow; aroma: spicy and well-developed.

With whole black peppercorns inside

Keep refrigerated between 0°C and +6°C. Wrap in cling film once opened.
